•TYPE LOCALITY. «... circa Maracanda (2150' s.m.), volat junio mense.» [Vicinity of Samarkand, Uzbekistan].

• RANGE. Ghissar, Darvaz; Afghanistan, Pakistan.

•TAXONOMIC NOTES. For a long time, some authors (Grum-Grshimailo, 1889: Stichel, [1909], etc.) considered this taxon as a subspecies of L. trivena Moore, 1864, the latter from the NW. Himalaya.

•HABITATS AND BIOLOGY. Bush-clad slopes. Flight period: May to July.
